Using Microsoft Teams to Watch a City of Fairfax School Board Meeting
This meeting will be held in Microsoft Teams. You will join as a guest—you do not need to create an account or sign in. Depending on your device, you may be prompted to download the Teams app.
You can join using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Computer (laptop or desktop with a camera)
For easiest access, after clicking the link, choose “Join in this browser.” Only install the Teams app if you experience browser, camera, or audio issues. If you see a blank screen, you may need to allow pop-ups.
Steps
1. Click the meeting link above.
2. Select Join as a guest and enter your name.
3. If prompted, allow access to your microphone and/or camera.
4. Turn on your camera (if needed) by selecting the camera icon.
5. For best audio quality, use your computer audio. If you dial in by phone instead, mute your computer microphone and lower/turn off your computer speakers to prevent echo.
