City Schools Budget

Superintendent Jeff Platenberg presented the City of Fairfax School Board with the FY 2026 proposed budget at the January 13, 2025 Regular School Board Meeting. The Board will vote on the budget at their meeting on Monday, February 3, 2025. The superintendent will present the budget to the Mayor and City Council on March 4, 2025.

The City of Fairfax City Council is scheduled to vote on the final city budget on May 6, 2025. Public Hearings for the community will be March 11, March 25, April 8, and April 22.
