Capital Improvement Plan

The City of Fairfax Schools’ FY 2025 - 2029 Five Year Capital Improvement Program was presented to the School Board at the October 2, 2023, regular school board meeting. Assistant to the Superintendent Dan Phillips outlined the plan and provided detailed information on the projects included. The School Board will vote on the CIP at their regular school board meeting on Monday, November 6, 2023. The CIP will be presented to the City of Fairfax city council in the spring of 2024 in their FY 2025 budget. 

A public hearing was held on Monday, October 2, 2023, to allow for public comment.
