Interested in Making a Difference in Our Schools?
The City of Fairfax School Board is seeking city residents to serve on Fairfax County Public Schools advisory committees for the 2026–27 school year. We are currently looking for representatives for the following committees:

CTEAC – Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee: Supports conversations around career and technical education programs, workforce readiness, and opportunities that help students prepare for life after graduation.
ETRC – Educational Technology Review Committee: A new committee focused on educational technology, digital learning tools, and how technology supports teaching and learning
MSAOC – Minority Student Achievement Oversight Committee: Reviews and discusses efforts to support student achievement, opportunity, and outcomes for minority students.
SHAC – Student Health Advisory Committee: Provides input on topics related to student health, wellness, and school health programs.

This is a great opportunity for residents who care about public education and want to help represent the City of Fairfax in important school division conversations.
