The City of Fairfax community is providing a number of ways to support City families and teachers this holiday season.
- The City of Fairfax Firefighters are sponsoring a "Masks and Mac" campaign to provide City teachers with a mask and macaroni and cheese. Community members can sponsor a teacher by going to the website https://macandmaskfx.com/
- The City of Fairfax Parks and Recreation Department has launched their annual "Sherwood Giving Tree" for the holidays. Community members can sponsor a family, donate a gift card or wrapping supplies. - A Place to Eat is providing supplemental food to over 250 City of Fairfax families. A Place to Eat is accepting donations of food bags, gift cards or donation of time to help pack food donations. For more information, please see their website https://aplacetostand.org/a-place-to-eat/
