Fairfax High School Communications Interns
Ashlyn is a senior at Fairfax High School. She has a twin sister that also goes to Fairfax but don't be mistaken, they are not identical twins. Ashlyn plays softball for Fairfax's varsity team and has been playing softball for almost 8 years. Not only does Ashlyn love to play a sport, but she spends some of her free time watching sports or going to different sporting events/games. When she is not occupied by sports, you can find her either hanging out with friends, shopping at thrift stores, or in the kitchen whipping up a new dish for her family. Ashlyn's most popular dish is an appetizer that is usually requested by her family on football Sundays; maple bacon wrapped brussels sprouts. Ashlyn loves her fan favorite bacon wrapped goodies, but it's because vegetables and fruits are her favorite snack. Ashlyn's future plans include graduating high school and college to work with a non-profit organization and volunteering in different fields of work to uncover hidden passions she has.
Elizabeth is a junior at Fairfax High School, and is part of several clubs including Model UN and Amnesty International. Outside of school, Elizabeth likes to draw and watch movies with friends and family. Some of her favorite classes are journalism and English. They also work at a tea cafe after school.

She is a very active member of the Fairfax community and currently holds office as the Secretary of Key Club International, VP of Fundraising for DECA, President of French Honor Society, and President of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). She was also selected as a Senior Representative for the FHS PTSA. At Fairfax, Lenna's favorite classes have been Business Law & Management and Algebra 2 HN.
When not in school, Lenna enjoys baking, reading, and hiking. She is also involved in the DC Armenian community. Fun fact: in elementary school, Lenna was a skilled jump roper and performed at the Capital One Arena 4 times.
Morgan Shake is a senior at Fairfax High School, and is super excited to be a part of this program.
